Staff notified the commission that the item required a date certain continuance; a motion to continue was made and the commission approved the continuance by roll call.
The commission also approved the consent calendar, which included DRC committee minutes for June and August and the Planning Commission minutes for Sept. 9. A motion to approve the consent calendar passed by roll call vote.
