A Depot Square resident identified only as Travis told the Boulder Junction commissions on Sept. 17 that on Aug. 31 someone had climbed onto the top level of the nearby parking structure and threw cinder blocks down toward the train tracks and adjacent residential building. Travis said the incident damaged rooftop antenna equipment and narrowly endangered a resident walking a dog below.
