Council adopts package of ordinances and resolutions covering housing, zoning, grants and smaller capital projects

The Toledo City Council on Sept. 23 adopted a series of resolutions and ordinances covering ceremonial recognitions, appointments, zoning approvals, grant acceptances and several capital or operating expenditures. Items approved included recognitions of local nonprofits and residents, amendments and loan forgiveness related to an affordable housing portfolio, utility grant acceptances, and a range of smaller capital contracts and code changes.
