The finance subcommittee reviewed the matter and recommended approval. The board recorded the vote as unanimous; the resolution provides board consent under the project’s closing documents but does not grant any new benefits from the IDA.
Separately, the New Rochelle Corporation for Local Development authorized a $10,000 transfer from its 2025 fund balance into the CLD marketing budget. Adam Salgado told the CLD board the allocation will fund sponsorships and partnerships intended to raise the corporation’s visibility and support events such as the NAACP, the New York Housing Conference, and the Urban Land Institute’s Visionary Award for Leadership in Land Use. The CLD board recorded the transfer as unanimously approved.
Both votes were described by staff as noncontroversial; no public opposition was recorded in the meeting minutes and both measures passed without recorded no votes or abstentions.
