The court accepted the county treasurer’s monthly report for August and approved the consent agenda, several budget line-item transfers and claims for payment. The commissioners also approved an interlocal agreement with the city of McClendon Chisholm covering extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) land-use matters and formally adopted the county clerk’s records-archive funding plan under Local Government Code 118.025.
