The board approved a set of amendments to the FY 2025–26 annual fiscal plan that totaled $30,500,000 in September amendments, including $10,300,000 in reappropriations and $20,117,000 in special revenue fund adjustments. Staff said the requests include State Highway Maintenance Fund transfers, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME program appropriations, Sports & Events Center operating contract funds, mental health and developmental services funding, opioid abatement authority allocations, and funds to support demolition and redevelopment work at the Glenwood Farms community. The board moved the resolution after the advertised public hearing and granted approval by voice vote.
