The presentation laid out why the pathways matter: they are intended to reduce barriers to care for people who are uninsured, low-income, unhoused or encountering the crisis system. "We have mental health services, crisis system services, recovery services, developmental disability services, community based services and housing services," Donovan said, and then listed the ways people can enter care.
