The county's estimated share from the Sandoz settlement was described as roughly $100,000,000 total in the settlement pool, with the county's portion estimated at between about $100,000 and $200,000 (approximate). - Approval of INDOT change order No. 3 for the Vernal Pike Sunrise/Greetings extension (zero-dollar change order; fund 8165). Staff said the change order substitutes an NDot-approved internal curing method (E-5) for structural concrete; there was no cost change. Motion carried 2-0.
