Payson Planning Commission members approved the minutes from their previous meeting at the start of the Aug. 27 work session and later approved a motion to adjourn the meeting.
The meeting opened with roll call and the minutes-approval motion, which received a second and a verbal affirmative vote from commissioners present. No formal land-use motions or ordinance adoptions occurred during the work session; the remainder of the meeting consisted of code-discussion items and direction to staff to draft proposed code language on multiple topics.
The meeting concluded after commissioners moved to adjourn and voted in favor. Staff announced upcoming events and training opportunities, including Onion Days and a regional planning training in November.
