The Village of Hortonville board on Sept. 18 approved an updated ward map reflecting a recent annexation.
Officials said the new map includes a small sliver added to the village that places that property in a different supervisory district; the change is a procedural update following the annexation. Board members noted there would be no immediate changes to municipal operations or appointments as a result of the map update.
A trustee moved to approve the ward map as presented in the meeting packet and a second was recorded; the board approved the map on a roll call vote and recorded the motion as "motion carried."
