The action affirms current spheres of influence for county service areas C, D, F and G, the cities of Live Oak and Yuba City, the Meridian and Robins Sutter Basin Fire Protection Districts, and other local providers. The resolution also incorporates revisions made after public comment and a second public circulation of the document.
