The Oklahoma County tax-roll panel approved a list of corrections to erroneous property assessments and received an assessor's certificate of clerical error during its meeting on Sept. 15, 2025.
The approvals were presented by staff from the County Assessor's Office and moved and seconded by members in attendance. Board members voted "Aye" on the motions approving the attached list of complaints and petitions for correction and on the assessor's clerical-error certificate; no roll-call tallies were recorded in the transcript.
The items were presented to the board as corrective measures to county assessment records; the presentation language in the meeting characterized the work as "great staff work" to simplify adjustments. The motions were made without extended debate or amendments.
The board also approved the minutes from the Aug. 11, 2025 meeting during the same session and adjourned the tax-roll portion of the meeting shortly after the corrections were approved.
No public comment on the assessment corrections is recorded in the meeting transcript.
