The commission approved staff’s recommended resolution permitting a second‑story addition that would add about 68,000 square feet and 525 new storage units, bringing the facility to roughly 140,000 square feet and about 1,400 units. Commissioners voted to adopt the resolution as presented in the staff packet; the vote was recorded as unanimous.
