Board approves consent agenda; ratifies multiple new hires and routine items

Board members used the consent vote to note retirements and personnel transitions that created vacancies. Board member Nate observed that some hires formalized positions vacated by retirement (for example, Paula Skill filling the role left by Kevin Nugent) and thanked staff for their work through the hiring process.
