Board approves promotion to sergeant and three conditional hiring offers

The board also approved conditional offers of employment — each conditional on completion of the remaining hiring steps — for Skyler Condrick, Gabrielle Mitchell and Andrew Shelton. Each conditional offer was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
