Director Zombor moved approval of the administration's recommendation to authorize the exception-to-bid contracts as presented, inclusive of the transportation contracts and the removal of the Honest Game contract. The motion passed on a 3-0 recorded vote (Directors Reza and Zombor and Chair O'Halloran voting aye).
