The Leonard Hall repair is significant because staff and the manufacturer concluded there were installation errors; the manufacturer agreed to replace the interlocking tiles at no cost to the county while the county will pay to level and damp-proof the concrete subfloor, staff said. "They have agreed that there was some errors made in the installment, and at no cost to the county, that is getting corrected," said Jessica, a Recreation and Parks staff member who outlined the timeline and work steps.
