Rush Valley council cancels mayoral race, approves fire-station concrete and authorizes vehicle surplus

The council also approved declaring two fire vehicles surplus and authorizing their sale: a 1997 Ford F-350 brush truck and an older water tender (age shown inconsistently in paperwork). The town intends to set a minimum bid and solicit offers publicly, including by online advertising if appropriate.
