The project total is $2,212,000; the LWCF grant award is $1,106,000 and the county match shown is $1,106,000. Loudon said the seller agreed to a bargain sale: an appraised value of $3,830,000 and a confirmed purchase price of $500,000, resulting in an in-kind donation of $3,330,000, of which $1,100,000 will be applied…
