The proposal calls for eight single‑family lots ranging from about 0.67 to 1.24 acres and is presented as an addition to the existing Paramount Estates subdivision. Senior planner Anna Barge told the commission the plan "appears to be in conformance with all zoning and subdivision regulations." The board voted 13‑0 to approve the preliminary plan; the motion was made by Commissioner Miller and seconded by Commissioner Davis.
