Parent urges BVSD board to strengthen bullying investigations and accountability

Schreier urged the board to ensure that investigations are thorough and transparent; that consequences for bullies are consistent and serious; and that victims are protected rather than pressured to accept agreements that feel punitive. He argued that if harmful conduct is tolerated or minimized, district anti-bullying policies lose meaning.
