Kingston board approves paid suspension for one employee, orders medical exam for another

The Kingston City School District Board of Education voted after executive session to suspend employee No. 4806 with pay through Oct. 8, 2025, and to authorize a comprehensive medical examination of employee No. 92405 in accordance with Section 913 of the Education Law.

Board members announced the actions at the start of the public meeting after the roll call. The first resolution — identified in the meeting packet as BOE 20 — instructs the board to suspend employee No. 4806 with pay "during the pendency of an investigation and during all times when the employees would otherwise be entitled to pay."
