Transmission line clearance mitigation (Item 7): Staff noted item 7 (award of DB‑139, transmission line clearance mitigation moderate and low risk) would not be heard at the meeting and will be scheduled at a future hearing. The commission took no substantive vote on the item.
Closed session and disclosure motion (Item 12): In closed session the commission recommended approval of a settlement referenced in the closed‑session agenda. After the closed session, commissioners voted 5–0 not to disclose the closed‑session attorney‑client discussions pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code section 67.12(a).
