Businesses that suffered economic injury but no physical damage may apply through June 11, 2026. Green provided an in‑person application location (1625 Bullock Road) and said the SBA also accepts online applications at sba.gov/disasters and by toll‑free phone.
Loan details provided in the presentation: renters may be eligible to borrow up to $100,000 with $50,000 available without collateral; business economic‑injury loans may be available up to $2,000,000 with $50,000 in unsecured funding. Green said interest rates were favorable and that applicants have an initial 12‑month payment‑free period.
Councilmembers thanked the SBA for making services available locally and noted the program could help families and small businesses recover from the recent fires.
