Commissioners honor Natalie Harville on her retirement as facilities director

Judge Parrish and county officials thanked Harville for leading upgrades to facilities maintenance systems, including moving a paper-based work-order system to a digital asset-tracking platform and improving reporting on repair costs and maintenance activity. Commissioners noted Harville’s role in building a facilities staff and advancing ongoing capital projects.
Harville, addressing the court, said the work has been a team effort and praised the staff she led. “My staff is wonderful, and they’re the reason why I’m successful,” she said, adding that training and staff development were priorities during her tenure.
