The meeting transcript records the board saying “motion carried.” The board also acknowledged that the NSF balance had been paid; staff said the payment was made “yesterday.”
The board took no additional budgetary action at the meeting beyond approving the transfer; staff will reconcile the cemetery’s accounts and report back if further approvals are needed.
