Push Pilates in downtown Ferndale receives Main Street connected grant

MSU Federal Credit Union presented a $1,100 grant that Push Pilates will match with the owner’s funds; the combined amount will be used to invest in technology (devices and software) to improve patrons’ experience. MSU Federal Credit Union representative noted the grant is a dollar‑for‑dollar match up to $2,500 and that a new round of applications will open Sept. 29.
DDA staff noted Push Pilates is the second downtown recipient this year and encouraged eligible downtown businesses to apply when the Main Street Connected grant reopens.
No council action was required; the presentation served as a recognition and informational item.
