Commissioner Chase told the commission Sept. 22 that the Planning Commission tabled the Riverbend proposal to request changes to the street layout.
"We tabled Riverbend again to ask them to go in and change the street layout. We didn't want to have the 2 90 degree beds in it, and we thought we'd discuss that with the first time," Chase said.
The transcript shows the Planning Commission asked the applicant to rework the street plan and return for further review. No vote of the full city commission on Riverbend was recorded in the meeting minutes presented at this session; the matter remains with the Planning Commission for revision.
