There was public comment on the consent calendar seeking clarification of contract amounts; staff acknowledged the figures were in the published documents. Joanna McGarry and Alex Ozaki McNeil spoke during public comment: McGarry asked for clarification on the GHD amendment; Ozaki McNeil, representing the North Country Fair, thanked the council for the sponsorship assistance and staff support.
