The board voted unanimously to: adopt the tentative subdivision maps and related specific-plan amendments and rezonings for the Emerald Subdivision (PLMP2022-00105) and the Sapphire Subdivision (PLMP2020-00106), approve a rezone and four-lot tentative parcel map for the Vang property in the Wilton area (PLMP2023-00054), adopt a general-plan and community-plan amendment and rezone for 4600 Auburn Boulevard (PLMP2024-00062), and confirm the levy of increased street and safety light service charges for the Winding Ranch retail project (County Service Area No. 1, Zone 1).
Why it matters: The subdivision approvals will allow higher-density single-family development within the North Vineyard Station specific plan area and add new residential lots and infrastructure. The Vang parcel map will convert two 20-acre parcels into four roughly 5-acre parcels in the Wilton area after a rezone from AG-80 to AR-5.
