Council tables drainage-modernization ordinance after packet lacked full redlines; planning review requested

Councilor Roberts and staff recommended tabling the item and returning it after PNZ and the applicable commissions complete their reviews and staff supplies corrected redline exhibits. Staff said that, in the meantime, new construction applications are being required to submit engineered drainage studies.
