Cutler Bay manager: legacy park phase 1 soil work nearly complete; remainder set for early 2026

Emma Jones of Stantec, owner’s representative for the Town of Cutler Bay, told the council Sept. 17 that crews have finished exporting contaminated soil from the town’s six‑acre Legacy Park and municipal complex site and have imported most replacement material.
