Bastrop ISD board approves consent agenda, juvenile-boot-camp MOU and property agreement

Morris said the advisory board granted Bastrop ISD an additional voting seat on the BCJBC advisory board because of the district's financial contribution; the exact contribution amount was not specified during the meeting but will be provided by the district CFO on request.
Late in the meeting, after a closed session, trustees returned to open session and approved "the agreement for replacement site and removal of encumbrances with the property described as a 189.167 acre tract in the Jose Antonio Navarro survey in Bastrop County." A motion was made and seconded; the board carried the motion by voice vote.
All three items were approved by motion and voice vote; no roll-call tallies were read into the record during these votes.
