At the Sept. 10 meeting of the Sawyer County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, members moved, seconded and approved the meeting minutes by voice vote. The chair announced the motion passed; no roll-call tally was recorded in the transcript.
The council also agreed to remove agenda item 12 (financial analysis of program funding) and item 13(c) from today’s meeting; those items were deferred to a future meeting. Members said they will bring the opioid-settlement 2026 projection and related funding questions back at a later date when more details are available.
The council welcomed a new LCO liaison named Lorraine but said a formal appointment would be advanced to the board and the group would consult bylaws before completing the local appointment.
Ending
The council adjourned after a public-health report and program updates.
