Preserve Property Management licenses approved after address discrepancy cleared

After staff reviewed building permits and other records, the council proceeded with approvals for the property listed in the application packet — 17 Bumblebee Lane — and approved a 1-year indoor entertainment application, a holiday sales application and a victualling (food service) license with expirations noted on the motions.
Councilors asked the applicant and staff to confirm the correct address for future renewals; staff indicated the remediation pathway would be to correct the address at renewal if necessary. Councilors approved each license by roll call following the applicant’s clarification. Councilors urged staff to coordinate directly with the operator about start times and other operational details and asked the applicant to confirm any outdoor vs. indoor addenda that had been submitted.
Separately, the council moved to carry licenses numbered 1–3 to the next meeting when minor application details required additional verification; those items were later revisited and acted on once the address question was clarified.
