Harvey said the executive session was expected to run until 11:10 a.m. and that the interviews would take about an hour. She also said, "And then, doctor Perhe, we'll start with questions, and then we'll open it up to members." The special meeting was concluded at 11:22 a.m., and no public action or appointment was announced.
