- Appointments: Caitlin Carbone and John Keel to the Livingston County Environmental Management Council; Thomas Cushing to the Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation's board of directors.
- Designated Livingston County Tourism Inc. as the county's official 2026 tourism promotion agency.

- Financial adjustments: the board adopted budget transfers for multiple departments (Health, Highway, Office for the Aging, Veterans Services), amended the 2025 salary schedule for several departments, and approved contracts for mobility management and various intermunicipal memoranda of understanding.
