The presentation from board chair Michaela Tonkin and general manager Robert Harrison summarized steps the district has taken since being placed on fiscal watch, including hiring a new auditor, restoring monthly financial reporting and running public budget workshops. "We have completed our 2024 audit, have given that to the state," Tonkin said during the presentation. Harrison said the district had replaced an enterprise resource planning system and budgeted to finalize systems and controls.
