The Oregon City Commission unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 25-1010 on Sept. 17, approving amendments to Oregon City Municipal Code Title 12, which covers streets, sidewalks and public places.
The item was presented as the second reading of the proposed ordinance; no public testimony was offered at the public hearing and the commission held deliberations before taking a roll-call vote. Commissioners Adam Morrow, Mike Mitchell and Scott Wilson and Mayor Denise McGriff voted in favor.
During the meeting the mayor confirmed the ordinance will take effect in 30 days unless otherwise specified by the ordinance language.
Motion and vote: The commission moved and seconded approval of the second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 25-1010. The motion passed unanimously.
The ordinance text appears in the public record and will become part of the Oregon City Municipal Code under Title 12.
