The City of Lincoln Planning Commission voted 7–0 on Sept. 17 to recommend that the City Council adopt an addendum to the 2012 Village 1 Specific Plan environmental impact report and approve a small‑lot tentative subdivision map for the Parkwood project, a roughly 21‑acre development in the southwestern portion of Village 1.
Mikayla Noble, associate planner with the community development department, told commissioners the applicant, Jen California 28 LLC, requests approval of a small‑lot tentative subdivision map and certification of a CEQA addendum. "Tonight, we'll discuss the following items pertaining to the Parkwood project, the requested entitlements, project components, staff findings, environmental determination, and staff recommendations," Noble said.
The proposed map shows 122 residential lots, two park lots and four landscape lots. Lots would range from about 3,200 to 8,900 square feet with an average lot size of roughly 4,200 square feet. The project is designated village…
