Mountain View council recesses to closed session on labor talks and employee evaluations; no reportable action

Mountain View City Council recessed to a closed session to discuss labor negotiations concerning unrepresented council appointees and to conduct public employee performance evaluations for the city attorney, city clerk and city manager, City Attorney Loeb said.
