Steve Johnson (Water Resources Manager) told the board that the Authority had submitted DWR invoices totaling about $1 million across two grants: roughly $600,593 (Invoice 11) and about $416,000 (Invoice 13) for the Prop 1 (Sigma) grant, both awaiting payment. He also reported two invoices under the Urban Community Drought Relief Program (consolidation grant) pending with DWR totaling roughly $250,000.
