Latier said the applicant is relocating one light pole, adding one new pole and replacing some fixture heads; the resulting photometric plan shows a few locations above typical code foot‑candles to meet Walmart’s safety standards.
Board members asked whether refrigeration will be required for stored food. Latier said there will be some refrigeration and that the applicant would follow up with details. The applicant said they will present to the town’s Environmental Advisory Committee on September 24.
