Public Works Director Rippinger told trustees on Sept. 24 that the township hosted its annual snowplow rodeo over two mornings, with about 80 truck drivers and 25 equipment operators participating.
Rippinger said the township co-hosted the truck portion with Hamilton County and ran equipment-operation contests locally. He reported no podium finishes for Delhi crews this year but said the event provided training and peer exchange.
Rippinger also said Cleander Road has reopened after a closure; signs remain in place while crews complete final work. There were a few resident calls about the closure but no major issues were reported.
