- 8F — Ventura County Community Foundation (VCCF) Neighbors Support Fund: after public comment and extensive council discussion, the council voted to declare formal support for the VCCF Neighbors Support Fund but not to provide a city financial contribution. Council also directed staff to share fund information on city social media so residents who wish to donate can do so.
