The Delhi Township Board of Trustees on Sept. 24 adopted Resolution 2025-191 to issue and sell not-to-exceed $2,600,000 in township public infrastructure improvement limited-tax general obligation bonds, series 2025, refinancing notes the township issued last year.
Administrator Miller introduced the resolution and moved its adoption; a second was recorded and the board dispensed with the second reading. Miller said the vote is not for additional bonds but a resale that replaces the financing notes adopted at the prior meeting and that the present resolution repeals the previous language. Fiscal officer James J. Luby conducted the roll call; the transcript records affirmative votes from Mrs. Sturtz and Mrs. Seavey and the presiding chair announced the resolution passed.
No additional project details or a final bond purchaser were specified during the meeting. Trustees did not request further delay and the board completed the procedural steps to adopt the resolution.
