Warren County fiscal court approves routine agenda items, procurements and appointments

Warren County Fiscal Court on Aug. 28 approved a set of routine administrative actions and procurement decisions intended to keep county services operating.

On the consent and action calendar the court approved the Aug. 14 meeting minutes, personnel changes, a revised work schedule for the Warren County Road Department, and several single-source or sole-bid procurement determinations. The court also approved first readings of two ordinances establishing streets in two subdivisions as county roads, reappointed members to licensing and planning boards, authorized vehicle lease agreements for county departments and approved a memorandum of agreement to reimburse parks for senior-based Title III programs.

Motions were made and seconded as recorded on the meeting agenda; roll calls recorded unanimous "yes" votes on the listed items. A treasury claims report and budget transfers were also accepted and a motion to pair and pay bills passed on unanimous roll call.
