Sam, city planning staff, explained the plat is before the commission under the city's extraterritorial plat review authority. He said the Town of Port Washington's plan commission and town board already approved the CSM on Sept. 2 and that staff recommends approval. The commission moved and voted to approve the CSM at the meeting.
Votes and next steps: The commission approved the extraterritorial CSM; staff recommended recording the map per normal procedures and the town's prior approval was noted in the record.
