- Change order: Approved Change Order No. 1 increasing the contract with Overstee/Cobenstein Contracting Inc. for Burkhart Crossing Improvements by $3,511.50 to cover additional fittings, asphalt repair and final quantity adjustments; revised contract amount reported as $490,546.50.
