El Mirage council approves consent agenda with one dissent; corrects prior meeting minutes

City staff said Council member Scottie Gentry’s vote on the prior meeting’s consent agenda had been recorded inaccurately and that the city attorney had been consulted to correct the minutes. After the correction was noted, the council approved the amended consent agenda.
